Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ELV Sales Engineer located in Dubai at 5S Technical Services LLC. The ELV Sales Engineer will be responsible for consulting with customers to identify their technical requirements for ELV systems, providing detailed technical proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role requires developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams. A person with “Can-Do Attitude” is what we are looking for.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Previous experience in a similar role for at least 3 years is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Detailed technical knowledge of ELV systems including but not limited to Surveillance Systems, Structured Cabling, Audio Visual Systems, Access Controls, IBMS, Intruder Alarm Systems and IT systems
• Proven track record of sales success and ability to achieve sales quotas
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications, and translate them into ELV system designs
• Familiarity with project management concepts, tools, and techniques
• Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment with cross-functional project teams
• UAE Driving License is a must

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ELV Project Engineer at 5S Technical Services LLC located in Dubai. The ELV Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design and execution of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems for construction projects. The ELV Project Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and safe implementation of ELV systems in projects, and will oversee the timely completion of projects within budget and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication / IT Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in design and installation of ELV systems for construction projects
• Strong understanding of ELV systems, including Security and Surveillance, Access Control, Audio-Video Systems, IBMS, Intruder Systems and Structured Cabling
• Proficiency in ELV system design software such as ETAP, DIALux, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications, and communicate technical information effectively to project teams
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Awareness of local and international regulatory and safety standards for ELV systems
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Experience in fit-out projects, AMCs & Rectification jobs will be a plus
• UAE Driving License is a must

This is a full-time on-site role for an ELV Technician located in Dubai. The ELV Technician will be responsible for installing and maintaining ELV (Extra-low Voltage) systems, including CCTV, access control, intercoms, and security systems. The job may also include servicing and maintenance as well as assisting with system upgrades and programming.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in electronics or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ELV system installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Experience with CCTV, access control, intercoms and security systems
• Hands-on experience with ELV testing and commissioning tools
• Knowledge of ELV system design and programming
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the UAE is a plus
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
